The holiday resort, situated right on the sandy beach, was the ideal setting for a wide variety of activities. There were art workshops, chocolate-making sessions, music-making and in-depth discussions on the conference theme. There was an inclusive dance party, a visit to the botanical gardens and, one of the highlights, an activity day on the beach. Wheelchair users were able to bathe in the waves, whilst blind people and others could even ride the waves on a board. The weather was brilliant and so was the atmosphere.
